CLASSES
FITBALL (return in Oct) (30-45 min.): Cardio and stability ball training! Exercises to strengthen the entire body while enhancing stability and balance. May use hand weights, tubing and bands and step to add variety. Increase flexibility and shape up!
STEP & SCULPT (return in Oct) (30-45 min): Variety of fun yet challenging moves on and off the step to get your heart rate going! Includes strengthening exercises with hand weights and bands to shape and tone those muscles! Give it a try!
BOOT CAMP (45-60 min.): a fitness center favorite! These tough work outs are a series of military like fitness drills and challenges in a circuit format. Will use different equipment-battle ropes, trx straps, partner drills, medicine balls and more to strengthen and energize you!
CARDIO LIFT (45-60 min.): Try this total body work out! A mixture of high intensity cardio and strength training to burn mega calories and boost your metabolism…
NO SWEAT (45-60 min.): Focus more on body sculpting using free weights, bars, kettle balls and YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT. More weights-less cardio! You got this…no sweat

DANCE FITNESS (60 min.): Try this energizing Latin dance inspired cardio workout! Achieve maximizing calorie output, fat burning and total body toning- fast, fun and easy! Classes held upon instructor availability
YOGA (60 min): learn basic postures, connecting breath and movement, become more aware of your movement patterns, learn techniques to reduce the effects of stress…held at different times depending on instructor availability
55 & FITT (45-60 min.): 8 week on going program targeting individuals 55 and older but is open to all members. Focus on stretching, strengthening, abdominal and core exercises, balance and back stabilization. Improve muscle tone and balance with a unique blend of yoga, pilates, calisthenics and floor aerobics. Lots of laughs…the f in fitness stands for fun! Come join!
SPORT KARATE (60 min): Excel Academy of Sport Karate under the supervision of Rhiannon Keen- offers karate on Saturday mornings and Monday evenings. Free trial and excellent rates
