(45-60 min.)

8 week ongoing program targeting individuals 55 and older but is open to all members, all levels. Focus on stretching, strengthening, abdominal and core exercises, balance and back stabilization. Improve muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance with a unique blend of low impact floor aerobics, and strengthening with your own body weight, bands and free weights. The F in fitness stands for FUN come join!
